Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CleanPaw purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@getcleanpaw.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
Used items, damaged items caused by customer use, and items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
